Professional Wedding planning and coordination
We can create a fab package for couples who want their day to be worry free. Whether it is an On- the DAY Coordination or Pre- wedding and Post wedding package. We help you conceptualize this once in a life time event. We could come up with the most creative theme that would fit your ideal wedding day. We provide a professional wedding coordination, good reception location, good floral designers, and the best menu planning/catering and souvenir suppliers. We manage the transportation whether it is an antique car or stretch limousine for the bride and groom.
We bring out the most dramatic church entourage and butterfly gardens captured by your chosen photographer and videographer. We make sure everything is documented well and being kept as pristine.

Gather accessories needed for the church ceremony and reception program
Help the bride in getting into her dress with the help of designer
Brief the bride and entourage for the last minute details
Collect pay envelopes for suppliers
Ceremony Venue
Check and ensure proper set up of ceremony venue
Check attendance of entourage and ceremony participants
Organize processional line
Distribute wedding accessories to respective ceremony participant

After the Ceremony
Gather and safe keep all wedding accessories after the ceremony
Reception Venue
Check and ensure proper set-up of reception site

Man registration and gift tables
Usher guests to their seatsOversee reception program
Coordinate with emcee and other program participants
Coordinate with the banquet officer regarding head count of the guests
Assist in distribution of favors to guests, collection of guest cards or routing of guest book / signature frame
Assist in safekeeping of bridal accessories at the end of the program and endorsing them to a pre-assigned person
